Excellent quality, fast shipping. I didn’t have a good experience with customer service. I chose a taupe-colored wallpaper, but after confirming the order, I saw it said “gray.” I sent an email (there’s no phone number to ask for info) to request the same taupe wallpaper, and they wrote a vague response, saying they were sending the order right away. I would have changed the design honestly, choosing a taupe wallpaper of the same price. In the end, the wallpaper that arrived has a lot of taupe, and the gray is almost non-existent. I run a business and usually resolve problems via phone to satisfy the customer, especially for furniture. However, I still recommend the product, which is great, and they are fast with delivery.

The photos on the wallpaper look even more beautiful than on the screen. You need to take your time to find the right one because the selection is overwhelming, but browsing through the photos is like experiencing art. The first phase of the order was very satisfying, the package arrived on time and even a little earlier. We were contacted by the delivery driver a few minutes before. We barely unrolled the wallpaper, without seeing the pattern, as the work has not started yet. No errors in the model, we’ll have to see the result once the wallpaper is applied.

Amazing mural exactly like the picture on the website. It arrived quickly. The pieces are numbered, so you can’t go wrong. It would have fit perfectly if my walls were straight. It’s easily fixable, though, so be aware of any wall bowing when measuring. I have a small gap because of this, but it’s hardly noticeable. Super happy with it and would recommend.
