KLW Sp. z o.o. maintains a website, tapeko.co.uk, which offers customized photo wallpaper. KLW Sp. z o.o. as the owner and administrator of the site, is also a party to all legal entities and individuals who use the website tapeko.co.uk or purchase products presented on the website.
Client is a legal entity or an individual who uses the website or makes purchases on it.
The client undertakes to indicate complete and reliable information in the order form (name, address, etc.). In case of providing incorrect data, the client is responsible for the damage caused.
We reserve the right:

Our acceptance of your order will occur automatically from the date we deliver the Product to you or 7 days after the date we send the order confirmation email. The contract between us will be formed only at this time.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if we suspect that you are purchasing Products for Resale for your own commercial purposes in a manner that, in our sole discretion, could be detrimental to our brand, customer offering or business.
HOW TO PAY:
You can pay for Products ordered on our Website with a debit or credit card or PayPal.
Payment for the Products (including shipping costs) will be charged to your payment card (or PayPal account, if applicable) at the time you place your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted and if for any reason your order is not accepted or we are unable to deliver the Products you have ordered, a full refund will be issued.
If you pay for Products using PayPal, in order to verify your identity and ensure that your PayPal account is not used without your consent, we will check your name, address and other personal information provided by you during the order process against the relevant third-party databases. By using PayPal as your payment method, you consent to these checks and acknowledge that the PayPal account you use is yours. All PayPal payments are subject to PayPal authorization.
The price of products indicated in the product cards on the website is the price for 1 square meter with the most popular material on our Website.
The final price of your product is calculated based on the area of the order, the selected material, as well as additional options that the User has selected when setting up the order.
We usually check product prices upon receipt of an order, and if we find an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will contact you to provide you with the option to continue purchasing the product at the correct price or cancel your order. We will not process your order until we have received your response. If we are unable to contact you using the contact information you have provided during the ordering process, we will treat the order as canceled and notify you in writing.
The price of all Products includes VAT, but excludes shipping costs and customs duties.

Within the UK and Europe, our packages are shipped via UPS.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. Additional customs fees and taxes may be charged by the logistics company. For more information, please contact your local customs office or shipping company.
When your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details and information on how to track your order.
All delivery dates and times shown are indicative. While we will try our best to meet them, we will not be held responsible if we fail to do so.
We will notify you if we are unable to deliver your goods within the period indicated on the website due to our fault. In such a case, we will give you the option to either wait for the products or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
We strongly recommend that you do not hire installers until your order has been delivered and inspected by you. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or fees you incur due to non-delivery of an order or orders that have not been inspected upon delivery.
We are unable to process orders and ship on public holidays or on Sundays in the UK.
All orders will be delivered to the same address and with one shipment.
We want to make sure everything is okay with your order, so please check it carefully upon receipt and ideally notify our customer service team within 24 hours via mail if any products are missing or damaged. Notifying us within this time frame makes it easier to investigate and we can arrange for a replacement or refund if needed.

Except for the remedies set out in our Exchange and Return section, if any Product we supply is proven to be damaged or defective, we will either remake it or offer a refund.
If we are unable to perform our obligations under the Contract due to circumstances beyond our control, or if we deliver a Product that is damaged or defective, we will under no circumstances accept liability for any claim for lost profits or any special or consequential loss, damage or expense.
We do not sell our products to children. Only persons over 18 can place an order on the website.

Our website and its contents, and any contract resulting from its use, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
