Refund and Returns Policy

BELOW YOU CAN FIND THE RULES FOR RETURNING PHOTO WALLPAPERS

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return or exchange photo wallpapers. To qualify, the product must be unused and free from any signs of wear, gaps, scratches, or abrasions.

THE RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS OF UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY

If your product arrives with defects such as print errors (stripes, spots not present in the ordered image), incorrect picture or material, visible damage from transportation, or missing parts, we will process a replacement at no additional cost.

In the event of delivery damage, please have the courier open the package in your presence, document the damage, and take photographs. Send this documentation to us for further review of your complaint.

CASES WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

We cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following instances:

  • If the product is damaged without fault of the carrier.
  • If the product has been used, including applied wallpapers and used adhesive.
  • Custom orders tailored to your specifications.
  • If a complaint is filed more than 30 days from the purchase date.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

We accept returns or exchanges of wallpaper in new and unused condition, in the original packaging. Once we receive the item, our staff will conduct a quality control check within 2-5 working days. After inspection, we will process a refund or exchange within 14 working days. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed when issuing a refund. Consult with the manager regarding the return of photo wallpaper.

ATTENTION

Technical defects do not include variations in color due to differences in equipment, such as computer monitors, phones, or tablets.

Claims after the wallpaper has been applied are not accepted.
